l go to Hokitika Primary school. l first went to Hokitika Primary, then l went to Dobson School, then I came back to Hokitika Primary.

l don’t know what I want to be when I’m older.
l am 10 years old l will be 11 in October.
Writer’s Workshop has helped me with revising my work and and remembering my ideas.
l am interested in games and how they work.
l live in Hokitika and I’m pretty close to the park. l go to the park a lot. If I'm not at the park l will probably be in the garage boxing.
l really like writing stories very much.
l don't have a type of favorite book to read. l don't really like reading at all.

perry the pirate
Perry the Pirate
Once there was a kid named Perry who wished to be a pirate because all the pretty girls loved a man with a hook hand. He went on an adventure to find a hook hand and a ship.
First, he went to a hook hand shop we're he backed out when the shop owner showed him his collection of seabird baby hands. One was rotten.
He went to go get a ship. He realised It was too much money. He picked up a big stick next to him and attacked the shop owner. The shop owner gave him a ship, it had rainbow sails, and a flag with a hole in it. It was very big, bigger than the toy ship l took with me in the bath, but he didn't know how to sail it. He ran around town with his big stick saying “go on my boat otherwise I will whack you”. He got a crew of 15 women with dirty washing and six men with flaming pitchforks.
The girls probably liked him, Perry thought to himself. Perry ran to the captains wheel somebody followed him. It was one or the dirtiest men with a flaming pitchfork, he threw Perry out of the way. Perry said sail me to a different island. The dirty scoundrel said no we're bringing the ship down. Then Perry started whacking everyone they followed his orders after that.
He got a hook hand from a small island. On the way home they ran into a different ship called ‘When Life Gives You Lemons You Make Lemonade’ the crew on that boat most ate too much lemon juice. The crew attacked them and boarded Perry's ship. Perry thought to himself lucky I brought the stick. He ran out and whacked everyone and they were so scared they did whatever he said. Perry was meant to go back home but he didn't want to, he wanted to stay so that he could get to Pretty Pig Land and score all the prettiest girls.
